Terms and Conditions

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid government-issued photo I.D. is required to enroll as a new member of the Lucky North^® Club, to receive replacement cards, to reset security PIN and to redeem points, offers or promotions. • Only one account per person.
• Daytona Beach Racing & Card Club/Orange City Racing & Card Club may use personal information for marketing and promotional purposes. If at any time a Member wishes to remove themselves from future marketing communications, the Member must notify a Lucky North^® Club Player Rewards Representative in person at the Player’s Club.
• Members are responsible for notifying Daytona Beach Racing & Card Club/Orange City Racing & Card Club of any name, mailing address, email address or phone number change(s) to be eligible for Lucky North^® Club tier benefits, direct marketing offers and promotions, special events, event invitations and newsletters.
• Qualification for receiving offers, mailings and invitations to special events are based on individual rated play.
• It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that their Player Rewards Card is properly inserted and accepted in the card reader while playing. Daytona Beach Racing & Card Club/Orange City Racing & Card Club is not responsible for unrated play due to neglect or error.
• If your Lucky North Club Card shows no play after 6 months of inactivity, your entire point balance will expire and be forfeited.
